This is an exciting time to join our network. We have a number of projects, events and activities for you to attend and get involved in. 

We need help in sourcing content and contributing to the organisation and delivery of our events and activities. We are looking forward for people to help with the development of SACN and to help us insure our members and community are informed about issues that they might be interested in and access to other upcoming opportunities i.e. research and consultation and information days. 

We are always open to ideas, suggestions and are keen to support new proposals from members however we can.

As a member, you are welcome to attend our events and activities free of charge (unless otherwise stated).

Volunteers can help with various tasks depending on your interests. We are looking for volunteers to help support us with promoting the network, helping organise our events, sourcing content, gathering experiences, stories, promoting the network and contributing to our development.

We are looking for new Management Committee Members who can bring skills, knowledge, expertise, experience and enthusiasm to our committee.

We are especially interested to hear from people with experience in IT, education, working with children, youth and families, organising events, bid writing, fundraising, PR and media.

We are also particularly keen to find a finance officer. 

Management Committee Members are required to attend approximately:

1. Six committee meetings a year, each of which are held either online or a physical meeting on a 4-6 weekly basis.
2.  Any additional events and activities run by SACN as possible
3. The Annual General Meeting once a year 
4. On rare occasions, a Committee Away Day
